All original software designs, specifications, code artifacts, and brand assets produced by AveroLab are protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws. Open-source or public repositories are governed by their respective explicit license agreements.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our public demonstration software, tools, and documentation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Experimental AI outputs or calculation utilities must be independently verified by users before deployment into mission-critical production environments.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AveroLab or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our systems.
